Excellent condition - proto sound works - remote functions work great, new battery replaced 3/14/25. The trick to ensuring you have a complete circuit with this track is making sure all the copper contacts under the track are touching - See LAST PHOTO. There are 3 to each side on each piece of 31 track. Additionally you want to make sure you are on a flat surface.

One piece of track has the section removed to slide the remote clip into the track. Also to pull apart the track, you'll want to simultaneously lift up on the two track pieces while pulling them apart. This train runs on the Proto-sound 2 sounds - it requires a warm up period, this is charging the battery, before the train is ready to run. You will hear it run through its proto-sound - sound clips a couple times about a 1-2 minutes before its ready to start up.
