JR EF81 electric locomotive (Twilight Express color). The Twilight Express is a sleeper express train that first appeared in 1989. The 24 Series 25 passenger cars used on this train are different from the traditional blue trains, with a green base and yellow stripes. When the train first started, it was operated with nine passenger cars, including the Kani 24, but in 1990, one more car was added, making it a 10-car train.

When the train first started, there were only two trains, but in 1991 a third train was added. In the 2000s, renovation work was done on the passenger cars, with silver stripes added above and below the yellow stripes on the body and interior changes, but the Twilight Express ended its operation between Osaka and Sapporo in March 2015.

1/80 scale 16.5mm gauge. Reproduces the EF81 type in Twilight Express colors with silver stripes added above and below the yellow stripe. The skirt and front are reproduced with a coupler buffer device. Reproduces the appearance equipped with an inspection hatch on the side of the driver's cab.

Includes printed headmarks for "Twilight Express", "Nihonkai", and "Salon Car Naniwa". H-rubber is reproduced in black. Insulator parts are reproduced in green.

Uses integrated plate wheel center wheels. Selectable car number and includes etched number plate. JR mark and car body markings are printed. Headlights are lit by incandescent color LEDs. Remove the resistor cover on the roof to access the power terminal Usage.
