Lionel Original 1935 No. 269E Freight Train Set Extended Set -w- passenger cars

  
This Extended 269E Train Set is from a private collector and has been in storage since December 1960. Comics (included) from the Boston Globe are included. The set in in truly outstanding condition. This classic tinplate train set features. #261E locomotive and #261T tender, a #654 oil tank car, a #659 dump car with tilting body, and a #657 caboose.

The extended part of the set is 3 Passenger Cars, two # 607 Pullman cars and 1 # 608 Observation car. Also included in the extended set is a Lionel Type "T" transformer, A Number 20 crossing (90 degree), Lionel No. 48W Whistling Station, Lionel No. 270 Single Span Bridge, a 1930's era tunnel, 17 curved O gauge track and 7 straight sections. Set also has the Original Over Box for the 269E set.

LOOK AT THE PICTURES FOR CONDITION! Wheels look almost new - no rust at all, very hard to find in this condition! Transformer controlled forward, neutral, and reverse operation. Metal locomotive body, frame, and trucks.
