Hornby R2987 Brighton Belle Five-Car Train Pack with DCC Installed
Up for sale is a complete five-car train pack of the Southern Railway UK's famous "Brighton Belle" Electric Multiple Unit (EMU). This set was produced in 2012 by Hornby Hobbies of the UK comprises five cars listed below. All cars feature electro-plug couplings and interior lighting features that you may unlock at your own risk.
Hornby R2987, "Brighton Belle 1934" Two-Car Train Pack. Set features an powered Third Class motor car, No. 88, and unpowered Third Class motor car No. 88 features an 8-pin decoder plug currently taken by a standard Digitrax DN136PS1 six-function decoder that does not allow the interior table lamps to light up. A recommended option would be to use Hornby's own 8-pin decoder at your own expense.
88 features a broken-away step on the rear left of the car, as photographed. Runs smooth and motor is quiet. Hornby R4512, R4513, R4514, "Brighton Belle 1934" Trailer Cars, Car No. All cars feature working interior lamps and electro-plug couplings. All cars are nicely weighted and run smoothly.Instructions on taking apart the powered car to change this decoder out are included in the larger box. Please review all photographs and feel free to ask questions if necessary.
