Vintage Prewar Lionel #255E Locomotive 0-Guage train set with 5 cars/accessories
The set includes #255E loco, w/ #263 tender car, #812 Gondola car, #814 Box car, #815 Oil car, #817 Caboose... The engine (#255E) has not run since early 1980s, so I would guess it will need to be serviced? Track pieces include 15 curve, 17 straight, 4 half-straight. Transformer supplies power to track, crossing gate, and gateman both work and light up. This would make an excellent addition to the advocate train collector! Car boxes are missing some flaps and have tape repair.
Paint on the cars are in very good/excellent condition (See pics). A few scuffs and scratches...
Gate House missing top chimney piece. Track pieces have surface rust in spots.
