This sale is for another excellent plus Lionel # 8580 Illinois Central 3 car passenger train. This sale is for the F 3- A Locomotive- the F 3 - B unit and the 3 passenger cars only. All cars and locomotives have the original boxes and all are in excellent condition. I will list each piece as follows.

1 Illinois Central F3_A powered locomotive. This locomotive has been tested by me and it runs like new in both directions and at variable speeds. This locomotive will pull many cars. The chassis is all metal with all metal trucks , wheels and knuckle operating couplers. The body is hard plastic. The # 8581B -unit is non- powered with a all metal chassis and has a bright headlight.

There are no visible scratches , dings, dents or missing parts to any of these locos or cars. These Lionel locomotives and cars are manufactured to last a lifetime and these will if cared for.

All passenger cars have aluminum bodies and all metal undercarriages. All passenger cars have lighted interiors and silhouettes in the windows. All locomotives and cars have the same paint scheme.
